Michael Ostrander I had a pleasant experience with finding home insurance with New Redwood Insurance services. I called and spoke with Alexandra who was pleasant customer service rep. I stating that I needed home insurance. She took my information and asked for a few pictures of the house and she would call me back. She called me back in a reasonable amount of time stating that they found me a insurance company and had a few more questions and would call back. Shortly I recieved a call from Chris at New Redwood insurance services saying that he is the owner and they found a home insurance that would insure me. All said and done a pleasant experience. I would recommend them. Thank you Chris and Alexandra.

Jocelyn Rodriguez Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.
