Im guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if wed like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude. We highly recommend Angela Frangieh and her staffs services! Keep up the good work!

He is honest, straight forward, and will be very upfront with what kind of coverage he can offer, and wether or not he can beat out your current insurance, if you are switching carriers, which I really appreciate.
