1 /5 Nancy Bingley: They do not go to bat for you. Paid a claim for a car with rust spots where he said I hit him. Impossible. Raised my rates $60. Now Cruz car wash on 41st sprayed degreaser on my inside dials. Has to replace. Paid my deductible $250. Allstate is doing nothing but calling and sending letters. Go to the place of business. Im canceling this month

I have worked with Sabrina who fielded my first call after which I decided to switch from my current provider to Allstate. I also added an umbrella policy. A few months later, Sabrina helped me get a renter’s insurance for my daughter’s appt. It has been a pleasure working with the local office.

Fortunately we have never had any need for help until this last summer when I was in a at fault accident. Robert and all the people at Allstate were more than helpful in taking care of my mess.
