Michael Weeks This past July I was 69 years old with no criminal record of any kind when I made what I felt was an honest mistake in trespassing onto federal property, and was arrested for a Type A Misdemeanor. A friend in Fresno recommended Marc Days as a defense lawyer with an impeccable reputation, and after a good conversation with Marc on the telephone ( I live 3-4 hours south of Fresno) I retained his services. Mark is an excellent listener and after a few productive conversations along with him reviewing the arrest report (which backed up my version of what happened) he told me he felt fairly confident he could get the Feds to dismiss the charges. Then fairly shortly thereafter, that’s exactly what he made happen. He’s an excellent communicator and obviously an expert in his field, and I highly recommend Marc for anybody finding themselves in my situation.
