5 /5 maria arreola: We came to Alberto Lopez because I wanted to petition my husband so he can become a resident and they guided us to apply for DACA so he could work legally and get a social then we applied for advance parol so he can come in to the US with permission not illegal that way we were able to adjust his status here in the US he didn’t have to go out to Mexico, ciudad juarez and we just got his residency this week we didn’t have to attend to an interview or leave the country we just submitted all the paperwork and we got it by mail best decision we made to trust Alberto Lopez and his team with all the information and guidance they provided we always felt secure with every step we took and just knowing that my husband didn’t have to go out of the country was a big relief it can be terrifying specially since you hear a lot of things like violence and people being punished for years and kept out of the United States I am very grateful for all there help I can’t express it enough from the receptionist and Grety Salgado to everyone in the office they always returned my calls and emails when I had questions they are easily reached always with positive attitudes and was always informed and made aware of what was going on with our case thank you guys so much this is some thing that is going to better our family!

I could have not done it without my village!!! On July 25, 2025 I had my immigration interview for my eligibility for my pathway to becoming a United States citizen. I am proud to say that my case is approved!!! I attend my Naturalization Oath Ceremony on August 9, 2025 in San Antonio Texas. The ceremony was a surreal moment!! I started my journey with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals in 2012 along side with my lawyer Alberto Lopez and renewed four terms for my work authorizations. I became eligible for Advanced Parole in 2017 and obtained a lawful entry to the United States of America. I traveled to México, Mérida, Yucatán for one week for educational purposes. My husband petitioned me to become a permanent resident. I was approved and became a permanent resident since 2019 for two years with temporary conditions and then approved for ten years. I contacted my lawyer in April 2025 and submitted my naturalization N-400 application in May 2025. In three months, I had my immigration interview. I am so thankful to have this wonderful opportunity and to live my dreams!! I am officially a United States Citizen!!
