3 /5 Tina Parks: So... I called these people to help me get an eviction started with a 60 day notice. I waited a month for them to call me back. So I decided to call them. She said she would give the message to the lawyer. I waited another 2 weeks. Again I called. They took a message. I then waited another 2 weeks. I didnt want to seem pushy or ungrateful since their services are free. So she seemed a little perturbed and told me to come in and she would give me the papers. When I arrived she told me to have a seat in a rude manner. While I was waiting,I thought that I would get up and look at the bill board with the all the flyers. She basically told me again to sit down and shut up. So when she was finished filling out the paperwork she approached me and proceded to explain and instruct me on how the papers were to be filled out and served. I listened as well as I could but she had a yelling and intimidating manner. So then she asked me to repeat what she had told me. I thought that I understood, but again she started to yell that I wasnt getting what she had told me. She did this several more times in the same manner. Finally I guess she thought I finally got it and sent me on my way. Im afraid to go back in there.

4 /5 J Acosta: If you need legal advice that is free, youve found the right place. Only issue is the date and times they are available for certain services they offer. Ive been to this location on 2 different occasions but both were for the same issue. They offer legal help to younger individuals who have a small claims issue, every other service offered is only for seniors. The problem with the small claims service they offer is that they only have 2 days you can be seen for small claims and its for a short time frame (Mondays at 11:30am - 1pm and Thursday from 2pm - 4:30pm). They only take the FIRST 5 PEOPLE during those walk in hours so be sure to get there at least an 30 minutes early to make sure you get a spot! The legal help was great and gave me piece of mind. I would come back again if another issue comes my way in the future.

5 /5 Ronald Durr: Susan Townsend did an excellent job for me when social security tried to take my SSDI away from me, twice now. They do this to people with no clue as to whether they are still disabled or not. She is continuing to work with me as I am writing this review. Thanks Susan .
