I was looking for a homeowners insurance policy for my California residence and its been difficult because of the fires. I found Mercury and the process was smooth, quick and simple to complete on the phone. It took a little bit longer because I was expecting another denial and didnt have all the information required to complete the application but the staff person on the phone was patient and we got through it. I appreciate her assistance and verifying the information as we went through to ensure it was correct. Overall the experience was pleasant and I am happy that my home is covered at a reasonable cost. I recommend AIS/Mercury Ins if you are looking for Insurance coverage.
