5 /5 Brad Smith: Hi, this is Bradley Smith. Considering trips to the ER are normally not a fun experience. My trip yesterday to be treated for an infection on my arm was one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had dealing with the medical profession. The two nurses that I had were Shannon and Natalie. They both were extremely kind and knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect. I have been back in Ukiah for the last 8 1/2 years taking care of my almost 99-year-old father. I can honestly say that yesterday Was one of the most pleasant and relaxing days I’ve had in months. Scott Engleman stopped in and said hi to me. He and his family have been friends of ours for over 60 years. I appreciate you and your staff taking such good care of me. I can’t tell you enough how impressed I was by everyone (especially Shannon and Natalie).Thank you so much and all the best.

4 /5 Donna Sullivan: I was invited to reception quickly. The young man who took my information for registration was cheerful & polite. The lab tech did a great job & listened when I told her the easiest area to draw blood. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you

5 /5 Tim Mackey: Ukiah valley is awesome. They took care of me in a very speedy and efficient pace. Im very happy with ukiahs service. Willits sucks. I went to them for help they didnt do anything to help me. They forced the iodine dye for the cat scan in me. I told them I was allergic to it. They gave me too much in 2015 and I suffered kidney failure. I had to take a life flight out. I was in the hospital for 4 months on dialysis learning to pee again. The female Dr. Told me I had to take the dye or be discharged for non compliance. Not cool

5 /5 Tommy Thurston: I’ve had many medical experiences in ukiah that I would not give 5 stars, but I was overflowing with joy from how positive of a time I had. Got bloodwork done, and for me, it’s usually a long, painful process trying to find my veins, but the woman taking my blood got it first poke! Next was x-rays, and even in moments where I felt nervous or anxious, the staff had such fun and positive attitudes, it really brightened my day and made for such a better experience
