I really like that she is a phone call away. Cristina is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is also very honest and always wants to save me money. She was “Johnny on the Spot” told her my home owners insurance shot through the roof, and she immediately started to review options. Although, there are many automobile insurers, I have stayed with California State Automobile Associations because they offer excellent follow-up, quick auto fixes, great hard copy maps of all USA cities, Via magazine, and much more.
