5 /5 Bill Hoopes: What an easy way to take care of DMV problems or simple auto matters. Membership is required but its affordable. We still use maps so having those available is a bonus.

5 /5 Megan Gehrke: Highly recommend the Eureka AAA office!!! The folks there were super helpful and friendly, and made registering our vehicle quick and easy. Luis at the front desk remembered us from the phone the day before and got us in with a representative in just a few minutes. Our rep Gina had a great sense of humor and was patient with us when we messed up the form. While the wait for a DMV appointment was over a month, we were able to walk in and get our California plates right away at the Eureka AAA office. Great people, great service!

1 /5 Mara Schaeffer: We were with AAA for well over a decade, had all forms of insurance through them: Home, life, car, etc. This year they have decided to drop us because they decided our roof was "too old". We provided them with pictures of our roof along with an inspection report from a certified roofer saying it still had 5-7 years left. They denied our appeal anyway and refused to provide us with a written explanation as to why our appeal was being denied.

5 /5 Nick Mitchell: These guys are awesome! Very quick service most of the time and cover a lot of stuff that you have to go to DMV for. If you are a AAA member and need something from DMV Call and see if they can do it for you first and you might save yourself some hassle.
