It did take longer than I would have liked for the ticket to be resolved, but the delay was not on his end.

I live in Seattle so driving 6 hours( 3 hours there, 3 hours back ) for a court hearing was a huge inconvenience. Wesley Johnson was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed without my presence or even any evidence or testimony from me. Im very happy with the outcome! Thank You Wesley!

1 /5 Julia T: I am highly disappointed in the legal services of Mr. Wesley S. Johnson from Cowlitz county. The extent of customer service received was a few TEMPLATED emails from his assistant. After explaining my speeding ticket situation ($125, 10 mph over, 1st ticket, undercover officer...) to Wesley over the phone, he said he can help if I tell him my credit card information over the phone and agree to pay $275. However, based off of the interactions with him, it didnt really seem like he was truly trying to help. Since the 15 day ticket response period was coming to a close, I was desperate and decided to use his services. Needless to say, he lost the case and moved my ticket to deferral (an additional $150 and only 2 minutes of work to do myself online).. If I had just deferred my ticket online myself, I would have achieved the same results, saving my time and $275. It is clear that Wesley only sees his clients as walking dollar signs.. His services are a waste of money. Do not go with him; you will regret it.

1 /5 Matthew Blount: I wish public reviews were an option decades ago. I hired Wesley Johnson to represent me in a custody battle back in 1995. My daughter was living with me on a temporary order, but my ex lied and tried to get the case moved to another county. She had her friends sign letters saying, "to the best of my knowledge the girl lives with her mom in Clark County." Mr. Johnson said that we didnt need any letters and that it was a ridiculous claim and we would win the case against her to change the venue. When we needed to serve our response to her case, he asked me to serve her the papers. His legal aide said, "I dont think they are supposed to serve her the legal papers." He responded, "why not?" She just shrugged and I served her the papers. He then told me that the venue change request was made in Clark County and I didnt need to show up for that one because he would be there and get it dismissed. The venue change did not get dismissed. I lost custody of my daughter to a drug addict for four years. After four years, I went back to court to fight for custody on grounds of risk to the child. My daughter spent four years living in a druggy environment because of his negligence. I wouldnt trust this man to snake my toilet.
