Mike Like most folks, I kept putting off creating an estate plan. I really didnt know what to do or how to go about it; and like most everyone else, I dreaded the thought of having to deal with my own mortality. But Will Robinson made the whole process so simple and straight forward. I started out not knowing what to expect, but Will took the time to walk me through my options, he listened to my wants and needs and together we developed a go forward plan. I selected a Revolvable Living Trust but they have options for just about any situation. The process of developing the estate plan was handled entirely by emails and phone calls. Will was very helpful, and very patient, throughout the whole process, and the only time I had to leave home was when I went to the CMS law offices to sign the finished documents, and have them witnessed and notarized. The whole process exceeded my expectations and I cant say enough good things about Will and the entire CMS team. If your thinking about creating your own estate plan, you cant, and wont, go wrong with the CMS Law Firm.

Neighborhood Auto Repair So i was in the process of buying the auto repair shop i was working at, started the process a couple months ago and closed on May 30th. I sat down and talked to a couple banks and they all recommended to get an attorney for the process and Christal was mentioned by all three banks so i called her and she was willing to have a sit down with me unlike the other attorneys i called that said they were "too busy". The way she has her "business acquisition" fee set up was a life saver for me personally as i didnt need to drain my savings to make the deal happen, her price was reasonable as well. Working with Christal through the experience of buying my first business she was always up front with everything and i felt she had my best interest in mind.
