They are on top of any fraud activity, they call you and text you to let you know if something suspicious is up or unrecognizable, if you need an increase on your limit for the day (it has happened to me at costco multiple times haha) she literally gets it done in MINUTES. You guys have NO IDEA how completely incredible FFNWB is, how efficient and customer focused there team is. There are no tellers, which means you get your own PERSONAL BANKER. Blows my mind.
