1 /5 Ehn Aay: At first I thought it was just this location but they are just as terrible in the phone. You will never receive any promised callbacks, they tried all kinds of scammy stuff to keep my account open. Waited two weeks was promised 4 times would receive a call, never happened. Rates are terrible as are fees. Wish I could give zero stars, glad they have lost so many customers and are going under.
1 /5 Æ ҜC ҒΔΠ: Be aware of racism. One of the worst days in my life happened here at WaFd Moses Lake Branch. I paid my credit card in full amount with WaFd checking account yet two days later I found out the payment was declined even though I had enough fund. So I went to the bank and asked what’s going on and trying to make sure the payment I submitted earlier will make it through because the pay up amount of credit card went up $31 dollars. The bank teller was not fully engaged the conversation and insisted the system is working which reflects that she didn’t believe me thinking I was lying. When I asked if someone in the bank can investigate this case she refused suspecting me lying about what’s happened to the transaction blaming me for going over the limit? Excuse me? Fun fact I was banking here day before with my ex. Everything seemed fine but how could I treated horribly when I am here myself ? So I demanded talking to her supervisor. She refused that request and said she is in charge of the office? Wait, what? I asked is there anything that they can help me to investigate Literally I lost the cool asking her to close my account and she said she would. Now I have just realized she’s not will to help me at all. The conversation had gone so shockingly bad just made me realize I should not bank here at all. This is not how I was treated at my original WaFd branch at all. After the conversation gone so heated one of bank employee named Rosa stepped in took care of my claim looking for the matter and got hold of their online banking. Don’t get me wrong Rosa was very nice and helpful but still after I walked out I feel traumatized. So I went back took some out of the checking using that opened new checking account with US Bank. Just because I am new in town does not mean I deserve to be treated like crap. Absolutely unacceptable.
5 /5 Selena Holland: I went into the Moses Lake branch to inquire about the possibility of opening a checking account. I was promptly greeted by Personal banker, Mr. Hernandez. His welcoming demeanor and willingness to explain all different services and account types offered by WaFed truly show his extensive knowledge and willingness to help customers find the best fit for their needs. Because of this, I decided not to go speak with the other financial institutes I had planned on visiting today and just opened my account on the spot. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and excited to start banking with th Moses Lake WaFed Branch.

Deserea Verwey Dustin has been our financial advisor since we moved to WA a few years ago. I am so thankful that we were referred over as Dustin and Robyn are fantastic to work with. You feel like family and not just a client. I 100% would recommend Dustin to anyone looking for a new advisor!!
Clint Troutman Leslie was fairly rude and dismissive and sent me a denial before answering my question about options which could have led to us still doing business.
Take-away from the process for others looking for a land-loan. dont apply through NWFCS unless you have little to no debt. 36% debt to income maximum
