1 /5 Jessica Powell: She took my case over 2 and a half years ago. Strung me along all this time to finally tell me she couldn’t help me, after having my family and friends write declarations this whole time. She did however return the remainder of the retainer but only after I expressed interest in filing a grievance with the bar association. I don’t know if she was scared of being reported or felt bad for a single mom trying to get her son back. My main concern was that I could never get a return phone call. EVER. Her own secretary told me she hadn’t worked on my case in a long time. The bill I received stated it had been 6 months since she worked on it last. I can’t say whether she’s a good lawyer or not because we never even got a hearing in court. I will say that she did not have time for my case, nor did she ever tell me so. I called over and over to ask for updates and never really got an answer. I’m glad I got half of my money back but I would have rather had someone who had time for me and showed an interest in helping me with my case.

2 /5 starmaster191: ***WARNING*** Very hard to get in contact with. Got a citation (in late March 2022) while driving semi-truck north on U.S. 97 near Goldendale. I paid $250 for Ms. Vances services. From the start, communication was pretty low and almost non-existent. I had to call and e-mail several times to check on the status of the case. During this time, she told me that she could make a deal with the prosecutor to get it reduced to a logbook violation, which was fine by me. On the day of the trial, she called me roughly a half-hour before the trial was scheduled to begin (today, in early June 2022) and told me that she was most likely not going to be able to get me a verdict in my favor. I paid her $250 and had to wait roughly 2 and a half months for her to tell me this! and right before the trial too. when I could have just saved $250 and instead paid the $139 and only have to wait until March 2025 instead of June 2025!

5 /5 Jeff Gomez: Julie has literally saved the life of someone I love. All accused are unique, unfortunately our system is as jaded as our society. Thankfully, some people in the world are still able to listen. Without Julies listening my girlfriends dibilatating PTSD, a documented disability acquired from being the victim of multiple assaults, would have continued being ignored and misunderstood. She has been treated like a criminal by law enforcement for years because being repeatedly victimized left her with so much trauma her behavior is seen as something else. Thank you Julie

1 /5 Ashley Wilson: I met Catherine while at traffic court she approached me saying she could help me with my traffic ticket due to the circumstances she thought she would be able to fight it for me so I could avoid a point on my record as I drive trucks for a living and need to keep my record clean. After giving her a payment of $250 she avoided my calls and emails and basically told me I was wrong about the situation and there was nothing she could do to help me and basically did nothing it was more like she was the district attorney than my attorney

1 /5 Diane Rikala: Julie Vance is a Heartless Attorney..He trick is to overwhelm everyone even the judge with tons of papers as exhibits ..By the time she is done examining a witness the opposing side is sitting on 20 papers marked exhibit 1...2 ...3... etc... She is a piss poor speaker a sore loser and works hard to win for all the SLUMLORDS that rent out homes in Goldendale. The only reason she has any clients is because she is the only landlord tenant lawer in Goldendale. I can name atleast 20 hardworking families that were living in Terrible conditions due to their slumlords and because they were unable to find representation lost and were rendered homeless. Any woman that makes it her lifes mission to render honest hard working families homeless is a snake... Also in closing , her relative is also the JUDGE..... If your a lying slumlord that has fake paperwork, reciepts, and wishes to screw over a hard working family because you dont want to make habitable repairs to your home..like heat wiring waterheaters, leaking pipes, caving in floors mold growth everywhere than JULIE VANCE will get you a win......
