U.S. Bank Branch - Ephrata (WA)

2 /5 Willis kerzman: U.S bank is a very frustrating place to bank. I personally bank at Chase. The gals that work there are all nice enough BUT, 9 times out of 10 your wait for service is slow as molasses. The last 5 times Ive had to make a deposit there the first thing Im greeted with is Sorry for the wait. That should be the motto at the Ephrata US Bank is we will make you wait, but then well apologize when you finally get service, so, Sorry for the wait. On top of that they cant even split a deposit, they use to be able to and all other banks can but not Ephrata US Bank anymore.

1 /5 Willis Kerzman: Stood in line with 2 people behind me for at least 10 minutes, finally the lady behind me says Im done waiting, this is ridiculous and leaves the bank. There was another teller just sitting watching that should of got up and opened her window but didnt. Finally my turn and wanted to let the teller know they lost a customer and it was oh well. Then she got mad and said Im being rude because I gave her constructive criticism and she couldnt handle that and shoves my deposit back at me. Unbelievable immaturity and disrespect for us waiting for help. Thats Ephrata US Bank for you. Not bad people just no regard for your time or tolerance for constructive criticism. Theyll tell you use the night drop box then. This is why my bank is Chase way better customer service.

1 /5 Mechanic Man: Yes, we remember Peggy--one of the old-school bankers. We too found these "new" bankers lacking, and closed our account. Wont be opening any time soon, either. There is just no excuse for treating your Loyal", "Valued" customers like that. They should take lessons from the retired bankers. But such is the norm for anyone under 50, it seems. "Just gimme my paycheck right now!!" Sad--good-bye.
