Kevin Ott Wow! Am I nuts, or what? The prosecutors office is super friendly, service minded, and realistic. I had a small matter before the court. I met with the prosecutor prior to the hearing to plead my case. The learned counselor listened to my position and understood the mitigating circumstances. Subsequently, the prosecutor moved for dismissal. Dismissal was granted and the case was dropped in Klickitat County. I dont know about you, but that has never happened to me personally.
