Amber Utilized Derek’s services 2x and had excellent results. They are so punctual, supportive and professional. I consulted with a handful of attorneys prior to selecting Smith& White, but once I spoke to Derek I knew there was no comparison, I had found a great representative. I could tell he understood my case as an attorney but also a fellow human, and that dose of empathy told me he would be able to defend me fully (and significantly better than attorneys who would take the case and my money but might internally hold the view I should be charged too).
