Although the clam was denied, the fact that Allstate went above and beyond to determine the cause of loss is indicative of their commitment to all those they insure.

Mark Scott I switched to Larry Hall and State Farm 20 years ago. I had a different insurance company and when I needed customer service they told me to figure things out for myself. I have never been to Larry Halls office (I live near Seattle) but Tawnee and Amber always treat me like they know me and State Farm has provided excellent coverage any time I have had any issues (car accidents or my car getting stolen). Whenever I call I find myself telling them how much I appreciate how helpful they are.
