After over 2 weeks of trying to set up my accounts correctly I found it to be a must to return to Tom’s office. Tom’s office keeps his office open during regular business hours. I could also call and some one answers the phone. The needed changes happened within 24 hours when I called back tho Tom’s office. Savannah was very helpful answering my questions and setting up a new home insurance policy. Wonderful people at his office.

If they are unsure of something they find out fast… within seconds. When I forget to send in a premium they always call and remind me and for this I am always a little embarrassed, but grateful they are there “…like a good neighbor”.
