Randy and Nick were able to Listen and Understand my very specific insurance policy needs and respond within less than half a day with policies ready to go. Nick put in extra effort to get the policies just right. This after I wasted 2 weeks working with a competing local company with multiple revisions and little progress before I finally gave up. The competing company sold me on a policy I did not need and caused unnecessary delays. Nick at Walker Insurance was amazing. Super responsive. Wasted no time. Easy to communicate with. Lisa Franke The Hartford is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They put so little effort into my case and didnt talk to my doctors, strung me along for literally months while I had no income, and continued to deny me coverage for pathetic reasons that were at odds with everything my medical team said. I had even jumped through all of their hoops. They told me things and then claimed they never said them. Id leave voicemails they seemingly didnt listen to. I got bounced between probably three different agents. Honestly, dealing with the Hartford was probably the worst part of HAVING CANCER. DO NOT USE THE HARTFORD. NO MATTER WHAT. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Now I just hope I dont end up losing my house. Thanks, guys.
