Dana Pereau My kids couldnt believe it when a Washington new car dealer sued them, claiming they owed the dealer extra money on a lease- hard to believe but true. We contacted Joshua and he was reasonably priced, even giving them a discount based on income. He was thorough, properly aggressive, and within days turned the tables on the dealer and their attorney. He minimized his use of the retainer, even refunding a large portion of it once the matter was resolved- to our great satisfaction and relief. I recommend him wholeheartedly. Attorneys are often the brunt of creepy jokes, but Joshua is one who doesnt fit the stereotype. Hans Tay Synthia is incredibly knowledgeable about the rules and procedures, and she was always responsive, answering all my questions thoroughly. Throughout my case, I felt informed, empowered, and confident in the process.
