1 /5 Jason Bohbot: Mr. Scott and I have had several issues that I would like to address here on this review for his business, Scott and associates, in hopes that other people may be able to avoid some things that happened to me. Mr. Scott is refusing to follow a court order regarding the return of $10,000 that was put into a trust account, to be released after the fulfillment of the Details outlined that order. Mr. Scott has engaged in frivolous accusations, slander and libel, witnessed by several attorneys in the Lobby of the Island County courthouse, on more than one occasion, following an embarrassing loss of motion that he filed on behalf of one of his clients. Mr. Scott has demonstrated his lack of ability to tell the truth on more than one occasion where he has been caught out right in lies, perjuring himself and allowing his clients to do the same for monetary gain. Andrew Scott says what is “important to his clients is important to him” right there on the website. He has demonstrated this to be true as he cares more about what is important to his clients than the truth. I hope someday that Andrew Scott realizes that walking around and maliciously telling , and refusing to follow court orders, and Blatant theft of funds will eventually catch up with him. It always does

On one case that has gone on for 3 years I’ve had 4 different lawyers and only Andrew Scott actually listened, came up with a good plan while answering all my questions and concerns. His communication was on point, he knew exactly what needed to be done to get the job done right. Andrew has restored my faith in hiring attorneys again. I will recommend him time and time again. If I ever need defense again I will absolutely, without question call him. The commissioner in Island County has a pretty strong dislike of me and at my last hearing took a moment to let Andrew know that he did a great job with my defense. I felt it was respectfully appropriate.
