I have recommended two of my family members to the advocates and they have also had a great experience. When I initially looked at reviews, the negative reviews were mostly people who didnt understand the process, first and foremost the advocates only get paid if you win a settlement so they will only take your case if its going to pay out. Second, the process is not a quick process, there will be times when you wont have much communication with your attorney, they have other cases and unless there is any changes or updates they dont have a need to reach out every day or even every week. Understand this process can be slow especially after the initial steps have been taken. Trust the attorneys and their process. I was paid out the full amount limits from the at fault partys insurance and my under insured benefit. They offered 38,000 up front and that wasnt good enough so the advocates helped me reach what I felt was fair. Im so happy I chose to work with the advocates and hope this review helps you understand the process so the negative reviews dont taint your willingness to call them if youve been in a car accident.
