Jessica Robinson Rhonda from State Farm and her team were amazing !! Worked with me until all my insurance needs were met . The ladies made me feel so important and honestly every concern or question I had was there top priority. The ladies have great energy and the best customer service ever . Go To Rhonda and her team if you want top notch service .....Also, I see Rhonda and her team in the community around town that means alot Thank you ladies !!

Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

Talesh Patel Kevin and Janet were awesome in assisting me in choosing an insurance plan on my new car. I first went to them for Renters Insurance since they had the most coverage for the best monthly cost, and then down the line for the new Subaru last month. Kevin set up a plan that gave me full coverage, and was still affordable for a college student! Highly recommend visiting Allstate over Cheneys other insurers!
