I immediately called and Jonathan Healy immediately greeted me. He is very patient and very professional. He answered my repeatedly questions, he calmed me down and patiently explained everything to me. I give Jonathan Top 5 Stars, thank you Jonathan and I thank this company for carrying a wonderful company. Thank you.

5 /5 Kahleal: Deana Ennis of Spokane, WA has been by far the best insurance broker I have had the pleasure to work with! Not only is she personable and bubbly, but she always has my best interest in mind. You can hear it in the way she delivers options and talks to you like an old friend you haven’t seen in years. She was able to get me into an Ops policy initially so that I could secure my REAL.ID from the DMV months ago. Since then I was able to get myself a nice sports car and we just switched over the policy to an auto policy. Deana made everything easy, followed her protocol and made sure I understood the reasoning behind legal literature she was required to read. I can’t thank her enough for being a consistent partner when it comes to protecting what matters most to me. If there ever was an award for being an impeccable human she would surely win it, no competition. Please cherish Deana and make sure she is taken care of because she sure does take care of me when I need to adjust my policy and she is darn good at it. She is the true embodiment of excellent customer service and I hope you feel this way too! The day she leaves is the day I will be a mess with having to find another agent. Thank you so much Deana!

1 /5 Britney Keener: If I had the option for 0 stars it would be. I spoke with a gentleman who at first I thought was gonna be helpful until I had a question. He then proceeded to raise his voice and when I asked why he was being rude when I was only asking for information he began yelling and telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about as he’s been doing this for 30 plus years!!!! Very unprofessional!! He was raising his voice so loud two people around me could hear without it being on speaker phone. When I said something about how the people around me could hear him screaming at me he hung up! I’ve never had any insurance company every treat or talk to me like that! This company should be ashamed!!!!!!

5 /5 Christina Madera: Awesome experience. My husband had to find SR22 insurance last minute for his drive test due to my insurance company taking too long to provide proof of his SR22. My husband was scheduled for a drive test at 9 am and needed proof at 730 am. I called Serenity Group Insurance and they were able to get everything done in a timely manner so I didnt lose out on my testing date.

5 /5 Nena Ramirez: You know what I had there insurance couple years ago and so helpful only to come back and have the most wonderful encounter with Deana I let her know my situation and she listened to every word I said didn’t interrupt me paid very close attention and got me not only the best rate but she she got me in touch with someone to help with my interlock who contacted me before I got off the phone with her she had more than just a customer she made a friend she is absolutely amazing great customer service great communication my day went friend having anxiety and being overwhelmed to the easiest day ever and saying thank you just isn’t enough !!!!! Deana Ennis you’re such a wonderful lady and I hope ur family and work knows that!!!!!
