Kevin Parsons Classes were okay, but no one, NO ONE answers their phones. I mean, for months, I could not get in contact with Financial Aid via phone or email. It took a complaint straight to the dean to finally get a call back. They almost screwed me out of thousands of dollars.
My counselor or "student success coach" or whatever they call them, ghosted my phone calls and emails for 2 months. When I finally needed to urgently get in contact, I called the front desk and sure enough shes sitting in her cubicle and I get a phone call.
Good school to get a degree, but you better pray you dont need any assistance from the offices.
