I came to the store the Friday before Labor Day, thinking they were open (Google said yes), but when I arrived the sign on the door said open, but all was dark. Hmmm, maybe just havent opened. Nobody inside, so I emailed the address from Google and said "Your ad and door says open today, but youre not?" Unfortunately, Mr Android "I know better" spell checker (or my big fingers) jumped in and sent a somewhat different text, only changing AD to something else, where the S is right next to the D. OK, a couple days later I looked at my email and thought...well, you know. Anyway, I sent an apology on behalf of Mr Android and myself and they said they were sorry they werent open. SO, on with the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the place and expected to see people in suits, fancy dresses or whatever and everyone was casually (comfortably) dressed. The conversation was very professional, instructive, informative and sometimes even funny. (yes, they didnt know about the foo-foo) with the email until I mentioned it. It was not an instant expectation of sales or whatever. Its customer oriented, and if you dont see what suits you, pet the cute puppy and be on your merry way. The place is arranged well and able to give you on-the-spot information. Theyve been in business a long time, and I can see why. Maybe if I decide to get my honey of 39 years, it will be a go-to place. Make it your first stop, if at least out of curiosity.

Putty Alyssa (Silly Putty) Wonderful experience! I did an online pickup. Very easy and quick process. The ring was a little too big but they were so quick to exchange same day. I will definitely be back again :)

Marco was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, who reached out to understand my preferences ahead of the appointment. He curated an amazing personal collection and let me try out as many options as I wanted. David Yurman is an amazing brand, but I strongly advise that individuals who are considering buying online go into the store. Its an incredible customer experience. I cant wait to go back!

She is extremely knowledgeable on estate jewelry,precious metals & gemstones, and more… Tara marveled at my pieces, was genuinely surprised and more so impressed with the quality of Franks work. She looked at his webpage and just shook her head.She knows there are VERY few craftsmen around that do handmade work like Frank Malinak. I’ve had Frank design and hand-make me pieces 10+ years. Frank always delivers. Custom pieces, turn old pieces into new ones, engagement rings, repairs, etc… Frank is one of the best out there. Highly recommend.

Michael Rosario 5 star quality and service. I purchased a 10k gold top grill, solid, the grill has weight to it, fit perfect. Definitely recommend. Ill be back for the bottoms for sure.
