That unexpected accident that wasnt your fault, that leads to mounts of hospital bills and a serious long-lasting injury. Its a scary place to be. We were lucky enough to have been recommended to John Kaufman at Becker Franklin, Rovang. John is a great person, and easy to talk to. He listens and then explains to you all the different ways in which he and his office can help you. He was up front about everything. How long the process can take, what all of our options are, what the fees are, etc. There is actually very little we had to do, which was a huge relief and weight off of our shoulders.
