5 /5 John Elf: I went to my bank to get a line of credit. It took them over a week of review only to decline the request on something that had nothing to do with my income, which was far more than needed for a very small business loan. I was treated very rudely. Although I had an appiontment set up days in advance, the bank didnt have time to meet with me on my day. There were no customers in the bank during this time yet neither the loaner or the bank manager, who saw me standing there didnt even greet me. They sent a Teller to tell me they didnt have the time to meet with me. This was after waiting for 30 to 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Very rude and Ive still never heard from them. Completely different at One Main Financial. I was greeted, treat very well and they had the approval within a few minutes. Not only was it approved, the benefits that came with loan were a complete surprise to me and I was ready to sign up immediately. Im willing to tell anyone that this is the best place to go. They made everything very simple, easy, and I was treated as a highly valued customer. Unlike Chase!!

1 /5 Teresa Snow: Hey these people take almost 100 percent of your payment for interest. We payed a payment of $244 dollars 4 days before the due date. At a 25 percent interest rate they claim $239.42 is interest for the month and 4.78 is what will go towards our payment. Now I’ve had plenty of high interest credit cards and never had them take basically 100 percent of my payment and claim its all interest. I hope they get looked into. We will never use them again!!!
