1 /5 Monica: I called this branch to get help with a suspicious account log in attempt and was turned away because I couldnt remember one security question. They never verified SS#, address, phone # but as soon as I couldnt remember what I listed as an occupation x amount of years ago I couldnt be helped. I called the 1-800 numerica number and they verified me and my account details and gave me peace of mind. Dont waste your breath calling on fraudulent or suspicious activity. Theyre no help.

1 /5 Mia Bec: The female workers at this branch are VERY RUDE! Every time I come here they snub me. Even when depositing $25,000 . Yesterday the one particular female finished helping a customer (I was next in line) closed her station walked over to my boyfriend asked him if he needed help he told her he was with me. She never acknowledged me standing in line due to be helped next. She walked around talking to her coworkers and when I finically said that I had an appointment she reluctantly decided to go back to her station and assist me. This lady never looked me in my eyes and basically ignored the fact that I was standing there in front of her. She never greeted me as she asked questions. Stone faced and very rude. I will be withdrawing my money. There is no way that I will stand for the rudeness from this particular branch. You have a job because of the customers that choose to bank here and kindness, respect and providing excellent customer service is a duty and BIG part of your job.

We met with John to set up accounts and later with Rey to certify a Federal financial document, and both times our appointments started promptly, and they were professional, friendly and very helpful.

1 /5 Angel Ramey: Closed my account years ago for fraudulent situations, nobody helped me. I was told that it was my fault and I have to pay for it and was talked down to on the whole phone call. Years later getting a letter in the mail and I have been denied help and have a huge fee to pay now. So glad I switch banks. Still got screwed over though.
