1 /5 Hamid Fidah: I am writing to share my experience during an appointment at the Multi-Service Center in Kent today. Unfortunately, I found the behavior of the staff member Jessica handling my application to be quite unprofessional and discourteous. She did not acknowledge my greeting and appeared dismissive throughout the interaction. She wasnt helpful and didnt explain about my application.
In previous years, I have had appointments with other staff members, who were consistently kind, professional, and approachable. This contrast in behavior was disappointing and prompted me to reach out to express my concerns.
I humbly request that the management to address this matter and ensure that all staff members maintain a respectful and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers. I believe that fostering a welcoming and professional environment aligns with the values of your organization and enhances customer satisfaction.
