Melody and the team at this Allstate office really go above and beyond. They even send hand written birthday cards! Contacting them is always easy with a phone call during business hours, and everyone there has always been helpful and kind. I have not had to submit a claim yet, but I would expect the same level of customer service if I did.

5 /5 Jae Lim: Melody has been the most helpful insurance agent ever! She helped me very patiently and willingly through a car accident that wasnt even billed through my insurance (the other drivers). She also taught me what the proper order of procedures was so I wouldnt get screwed in the process. And she was prompt and thorough about getting what I needed for refinancing my home loan. I switched to her because another Allstate agent in Everett had made errors processing my car insurance set up and couldnt seem to answer questions accurately or with confidence. Im so relieved I switched. Shes personable and has a ton of experience so you really will be "in good hands"
