Erika guided me through the whole process and explained everything that was going to happen. This was my VERY FIRST car accident(someone hit me) and I had no idea what to do or even where to start. SHE saved me from being led to the wrong direction from my OWN insurance company! (they tried to tell me I had to represent myself... even though theyre the ones thats suppose to represent me!!!) Lots of weight was lifted off my shoulders when she said I dont have to worry about anything anymore and they will take over for me. I didnt even know it was possible to achieve the outcome I got.
