The staff and attorneys alike are friendly and knowledgeable. It is a pretty new relationship, but so far Im happy with them and have had a pleasant experience.

1 /5 Ramsey: I pay for Legal Shield service. Lombino Martino is the only attorney office in Washington associated with Legal Shield. This attorney office is extreamly unhelpful. They have never assisted me in 4 of the attorney requests I have sent over to them. Larry Stanley Spokoiny answered my call and immediately was very short with me. He refused to hear what I had to say, all he wanted to do was cut me off when I was trying to speak. All he did was offered to reffer me to an outside attorney to handle my personal injury cases but he told me that I would have to pay a retainer fee if I decide to retain representation for my personal injury case. I have had to hire a personal injury attorney in the past for this type of case and I have never had to pay a retainer fee for a personal injury case. Its very sad that Lombino Martino is the only attorney office that handels cases for Legal Shield in Washington state. Legal Shield should really consider finding an alternative law firm to handel their members cases.

1 /5 Connie Baxter: Waited 2 days to finally talk to an attorney only to be told that I should talk to an attorney. This guy couldnt have been less interested in hearing the situation and giving assistance. I was trying to seek understanding about a Lifetime Protection Order I have in which the Defendant is attempting to have vacated. I didnt even catch this guys name because he sounded so worn out and exhausted that I could hardly understand him. He spoke to me about 3 minutes and the entire time was just telling me he couldnt give advice. I ended up calling the court and getting assistance from the clerk about how to send the judge my declaration. Really disappointed in Lombino Martino. I have paid into Legal Shield for over 20 years and when I finally needed some assistance I got this old burn out.

1 /5 J: Have not had a good experience with this office. Lawyers cut you off, are rude and short with you. They dont listen to what you have to say and talk over you. Only good if you have a very simple and basic issue. For anything complex, forget it. Better finding a lawyer on your own. Everyone there seems burnt out, angry and annoyed. They always seem in a hurry to get off the phone as soon as possible. Very low quality service and follow up.
