2 /5 Keith Mangold: Very disappointed in the lack of response/communication from this office. Our household has 6 vehicles covered by them. I called in a week ago, Tuesday August 22, 2023 to request a quote for some general liability insurance for my small business. The gentleman that answered was pleasant, took down some information, and told me someone would call me back with the quote before the end of the day. About 30 mins later i received a text from a woman ( name begins with “B”) asking if i was running my business out of my home address. I immediately responded….
I heard nothing back by the end of the day. No big deal. People are busy. I wasn’t sweating it. I followed up to the same text conversation this office initiated, 24hrs after my initial inquiry. Not only did the woman not respond to the text, I never heard back from this office at all. Very disappointing when you are a State Farm customer for over 15yrs, have 6 vehicles currently insured by them, and they couldn’t even give me a quote?? I went with American Family Insurance. I dealt with an agent in Utah and his communication was never lacking and the whole process was simple. If only it could have been that way with the insurance company we’ve been loyal to for many years, even with all of our rates continuing to rise without any claims being filed.
