5 /5 Rachel Shaina: Kim Aril helped me through the most difficult period in my life- divorce and creating a parenting plan. I believe my case is considered to be high conflict, as I was the victim of domestic violence from someone with a military background and who had just been hired as a police officer with a local department , and our child was only 7 weeks old when I began the divorce process. After several consultations with different attorneys I knew Kim was who i needed in my corner. She is incredibly intelligent, ethical, fierce, honest and knows the law well. I’ve retained Kim twice and both times the outcome was in our favor. I hope that I do not find myself in a situation again where I need to hire an attorney , but if I do I will always hire Kim. She is as honest, realistic and she never made me any promises which I respect. I was no walk in the park either, I was very emotional throughout the process but Kim handled things well and professionally. Kim has my highest recommendation.

Prospective clients should be able to quickly obtain answers to foundational questions such as: 1. Consultation Fees: Whether the firm charges for an initial consultation and, if so, the amount. 2. Billing Structure: Whether services are billed on a flat fee, hourly rate, or incrementally 3. Retainer Amount: The cost to retain the attorney’s services and the terms of the retainer agreement. Equipping your staff with this knowledge fosters efficiency, professionalism, and client trust. A well-prepared team ensures potential clients feel valued and confident in their initial interaction with your firm.

She is a good listener who will work hard to get the best outcome for you. She is also very honest and up front about your case and doesn’t just tell you want you want to hear. Her demeanor is such that she makes a difficult and sometimes stressful process less so.
