5 /5 Barbara Tritt: My Husband and I were wanting to make a will but this process was generating anxiety/apprehension with concerns about what all this should entail and how our families would react, as well as thoughts of sharing private information, etc. We researched the forms found online, but we had too many questions and felt they were incomplete. We wanted the human touch.
After extensive research we found Kendel Froese of Froese Law in Spokane. Our first introduction was through a virtual visit (It was nice to have choices of virtual vs face-to-face) and we found her to be engaging, knowledgable, and friendly. She immediately put us at ease.
After the virtual visit we made an appointment for follow-up to review the documents in person. She was again, friendly, understanding, answered questions easily and professionally while coming across as a very “real” personality. She again, put us at ease and we have not second guessed our decision to use her for estate planning. Her office assistant, Chloe was also friendly, helpful, accommodating and replied to our emails/phone calls in a timely manner.
Kendel made the process much less stressful than we had thought possible. I would recommend her highly to anyone thinking of estate planning.
