1 /5 Bryan Fife: I am speaking on behalf of my girlfriend.so many problems with this firm. She hired to help us deal with a ex and his wife. We paid 4k for them to tell us they sent a letter explaining what we wanted form the ex. This was over a year ago. They said the letter was sent yet we have no proof of that. They did nothing to help our situation In this fight. Nothing charged they pushed her to keep her account open just In case/ she told them to close the account out. We are not rich and do have 4 k to piss away.. you guys changed her for everything.. and did. Nothing we trusted you guys to help and you did NOTHING !!!!! She is vary upset over this .. and last thing is she has been asking you over and over to make the correct changes with her last name and you still have the paperwork under here old last name.. It’s upsetting because once again you DID NOTHING TO HELP HER…

I have had a stress-free experience, great service, quick to address our complicated issues. All around perfect. The team has been great to us, Ruby is our para and she always makes sure we are taken care of. You can truly feel that they are passionate about the work they do, making the experience even better.

1 /5 Amanda: They work real hard to get you to put your retainer down. Jennifer will lie and tell you everything you want to hear, even claimed to have a “in” with the Mediator but as soon as you put money down you can’t get ahold of ANYONE. They didn’t do anything they said they would do. They would just milk your money by billing you for emails and phone calls asking why things haven’t started. It’s a shame my kids suffered because of her incompetence to do her job.

5 /5 Jezreel Gill: Needed a consult to take care of what seemed to me to be a simple issue that really didn’t need full service just verification on correct documents and steps. Nichole was SO helpful and the attorney who also provided guidance (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name). I’ve called like 7 law firms today alone and not only was this the one of the ONLY helpful communications, I feel Nichole went above and beyond, explained it all clearly, made sure the information was correct and just really removed so much stress from the situation. Thank you so much. Absolutely will be return to La Coste if needed.
