1 /5 Lucas Anderson: Purchased a vehicle from a KCC customer. Went physically into this branch, as the buyer, with the seller. The vehicle was paid off with a certified check made out to Kitsap Credit Union by Navy Federal Credit Union. After being informed by the customer service representative that we would not need to sign the WA State affidavit of release of interest in order for me to register the vehicle I purchased, we found out we were given false information. I have been in touch with the previous owner, who is a KCC member, daily since buying it. Customer service will not give me any information regarding the vehicle that I gave KCC tens of thousands of dollars to purchase, and when the previous owner calls, he is told different information every time. Clearly a branch with zero communication between employees and no accountability to the people who provide them with business. According to the Navy Federal Credit Union employees I have talked to (a total of 5, 3 title experts and 2 loan experts) they have never seen or heard anything like this. I was born and raised in Kitsap County, but I am very glad I have never made an account with this incompetent company. Very happy I will have to pay registration late fees due to this branches utter incompetence and disinterest in doing their job in even a mediocre fashion. Once again called the department of licensing today just to be informed that Kitsap Credit Union has not released its interest in the title of the vehicle that its customer paid off in full, in person at this branch, over 2 weeks ago. Wish I could provide 0 stars, and hopefully someone reads this and goes with another bank or credit union that puts in effort to be honest, transparent and efficient.
