Birgit Mitchell This is the greatest Bank. Old-fashioned HUMAN SERVICE!! Always nice people. So helpful! I love them Ive been with them for 25 years. ( Started when I was U of W Seattle). Yes they have an ATM. When they get an international wire transfer number they will be beyond perfect , but since they probably never will since they are technically a credit union- its OK. I will always still bank here.

April I absolutely adore this bank! They really are the world greatest bank. They have helped me so much with my small business. They have great policies. Compared to other banks, that have so many regulations and policies that make banking almost impossible. Umpqua has a great staff, I have really loved the atmosphere that they give off In both locations CP and Walla Walla. I really do miss them being open on Saturdays that was a real convenience for me, but none the less the staff has always been able to help me. At both locations I am able to do my banking "quick and easy" and always Im greeted with a friendly face. Any one looking for "painless banking" would appreciate and love this bank.

Cassandra Bleam John and his team have been fantastic to work with. They gave me the knowledge about all things insurance and what I needed for myself and my family. I was able to properly insurance myself for not only my vehicle, but my renters and life insurance needs as well. stickmanz Its a credit union, why would you go anywhere else? Their tellers are actual bank tellers and not salespeople. Theres no BS fees. Their open hours could be better, but their app is amazing.
