1 /5 Marinna Grothe: I don’t normally leave reviews for businesses but this place is so unprofessional that I want to warn everyone about them. I started a new business in 2017 and heard about katalytis from a mutual friend. I decided to give them a try. They charge $50 an hour for ANY work they do. So expect an invoice for even a phone call or if you stop in the office to talk to them. My husband and I filed our yearly taxes and the return did not seem right with how many w2s and section C forms we had. I got a second option and not only did they charge me $100 less to file, my return was over triple than what katalytis said. I told them I wanted my paperwork back, they lost a month of receipts, and the owner Christine lost her temper on me more than once through out this whole process. I would give them my concerns and nothing would change. All I asked for was more communication. Not only will I not be going back but I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business there. The staff, environment, ownership, and communication is not professional.
