5 /5 Steven Melikean: I would like to take this opportunity to thank Matthew Wu for everything he did in providing me home insurance . . . In fact, I was so impressed with his knowledge and sales skills, that I ended up adding car insurance, along with an "umbrella" policy too. This would not have happened, except for the fact that Matthew is a very personable gentleman, whom explained insurance technical terms and "jargon" in laymans terms that I could easily understand. Equally important, his policy estimates (I had 3 other quotes from other insurers) were not beatable. Lastly, all of this was done, while I was selling a home in California and buying a home in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, i.e., I was under considerable stress "juggling" numerous other issues besides insurance for my new WA home. Matthew was a pro every step of the way. Moreover, he was a friend during this trying time. In conclusion, I want to say thank you Matthew for everything you did!

1 /5 Flyfisher2015 Streams: Stop! Read before you buy! I am an actual policy holder (820718370). I want to say that this experience from the beginning to the end was an absolute clown show. I had 2 vehicles to insure as only one was driven on a daily basis. I was quoted 153.00 per month for my car and 2.50 per day on my truck when I took it out of storage with Allstate. I was never told that there was a 44.00 monthly storage fee that was tacked onto the first bill. When I used the truck (1 day) and sent an email to my agent (Miles) to let him know I received an increase of 655.85 (see picture) because my agent did not take it off after the first day. Also, Miles told me that it would be cheaper to add renters insurance to my policy, so I did. After receiving 2 bill increases in less than 30 days I went to see a local agent to see if they can help me understand what has happened? They told me that the renters insurance was a separate on top of my monthly 153.00. My agent never told me that in which increased my monthly premium to 170.00 per month. It seemed that every time that I called him the policy went up 30-40 dollars. He would nickel and dime me by saying its only .50 more or 1.00 more per month. Long story short I had enough of these games and hearing all the excuses he came up with. I cancelled the insurance before the 30 days.

1 /5 Joe King: Im being told that I have to install a program that monitors my driving in order to maintain my good driver discounts. I was never told this when I signed up. My driving record speaks for its self, I have a perfect driving record.
