When we found out we were paying double insurance on our home for the last two years he was determined to help us make things right. he stayed on the phone with us talking to safeco and their other sister company for an hour to ensure we would receive the money we lost due to safecos negligence in not cancelling our policy when we switched to all state two years ago. could not possibly recommend this agency at a higher degree of confidence that they will help you with care. 6/5 stars for going the extra mile.

After many challenges finding insurance for our family that includes five drivers (two of them teenage drivers), five cars and some recent claims, Carolyn helped us find affordable insurance. Hari Kumar Farmer was outstanding on a hail damage claim on our house and auto earlier this year. They worked extremely quickly and efficiently. Their adjusters on-ground and claims specialists over the phone were courteous, patient in explaining issues and making the whole experience as painless as possible during normally stressful times. Their auto adjuster Brad visited our house at 7.45 am to accommodate my 9.00 am office meeting! We are very grateful for it and continue to be happily with Farmers. Maybe other peoples experiences are different in other states, but we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Farmers to our friends and family.

Talesh Patel Kevin and Janet were awesome in assisting me in choosing an insurance plan on my new car. I first went to them for Renters Insurance since they had the most coverage for the best monthly cost, and then down the line for the new Subaru last month. Kevin set up a plan that gave me full coverage, and was still affordable for a college student! Highly recommend visiting Allstate over Cheneys other insurers!

Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Perhaps thats how they treat their customers. Best Regards..
