1 /5 Nathan Patterson: Another reviewer summarized my experience so well I am going to quote liberally from it: I worked with Steve Phillips in a civil case. Working with Steve Phillips and his paralegal was a needlessly frustrating, exhausting, and difficult experience. They made numerous mistakes, lost documents and emails, made me and my attorneys do 90% of the work, and filed significantly later than was originally promised without explanation or apology (his fee approval, however, he was VERY sure to proactively file with the court). It was terrible and it took a toll on my emotional health. During my work with him and during our hearing with the judge it became apparent that Steve knew nothing about my case or my childrens situation. I only worked with him because I was required to do so by the court; if a law firm has employees that do such shoddy work I would think twice before working with anyone at this firm.

She was very thorough and advised me on the best course of action. I truly appreciate her honesty in what I could expect to happen. She was upfront with me about the costs of pursuing my case. I was very happy with the results of my lawsuit. Thanks to Priscilla for guiding me through the system and helping me recover the money owed to me. I would highly recommend her if you want a lawyer that will listen, advise, work for you and not just take your money!

1 /5 Carl: I wouldnt recommend them or affiliate Frontier Independent Note Servicing. This guy serviced a loan I hold for some years, but when I needed to foreclose... he outright refused to even send a pre-foreclosure letter, even though they supposedly offer this as a paid service. Really put me in a bind. I depended on them. I believe that Jay Carey cant think right anymore, and he absolutely is not up with current Law. His shabby office shows it too. Time to hang it up Jay.

1 /5 Valiant C.S.: Not pleased with the intake process was notifed the night proir via e-mail for payment details and to fill out a general information sheet for intake. I verbally provided the information but it was not recorded from prior calls and I would not have time to print, fill, and scan the sheet in the next morning before noon. Notice at the time of making the appointment a week prior would be better.
