Even though, unfortunately, you can do nothing to help me with my complicated immigration case, but at least you were honest and straightforward with me, unlike other money hungry attorneys that would take your hard-earned money and dont care what happens to you next. 1 /5 Robert Johns: ⚠️ Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.⚠️ My friends and I had an appointment here, but the experience was shocking. The receptionist was rude, impatient, and treated us with clear bias due to our limited English. She falsely accused us of filming in the waiting area (we weren’t—we were on a phone call, which we even showed her). There were no signs posted about phone use, yet she escalated the situation to the attorney. The attorney came out aggressively, believed her word without listening to us, and told us to “take your money and leave.” He got very close to me, speaking loudly and invading my personal space in a threatening way. Despite multiple witnesses explaining we were not filming, he was dismissive and rude throughout. We asked them to delete our personal information, and they refused. This office made us feel unsafe, disrespected, and discriminated against. I do not recommend this place to anyone—especially immigrants seeking honest legal help.
