After being injured the last thing I wanted to do was deal with the overwhelming phone calls and texts from the aggressive insurance adjustors. Peter and his team went after both insurance companies with knowledge, determination, and as much efficiency as possible when dealing with insurance. Having Peter, Linda, and his team handle everything for me so I could focus on healing from my injuries was priceless. After frustration set in, I asked my friend, another attorney, to assist me. We worked on the case together and the insurance company adjuster was very rude and very unreasonable. After hiring the Hess Law Firm the case progressed very smoothly and the first part of the settlement was accomplished fairly quickly. Then a great deal of work was accomplished on the case for the second phase of the settlement. I am very satisfied with the result.
