We made an agreement to pay a down payment then make payments as the time went on. Then one day before pre trial he starts wanting all the money up front. Do not waste your time.

Mike Garland Ive used Stephen on several occasions. His prices are fair, has never had a hidden fee, and, if possible, tries to find ways to use the court system only as a last resort. Excellent with HOAs whichever side Im on as well as landlord tenant law.
