Direct Carpet Doug is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! We just went through our annual renewal, which is usually a major headache to keep our vendor status approved through all the different web sites that monitor us for our clients... Doug took care of it ALL. Hes been keeping track of COI policy requests for the past few years and was ready to go a few weeks before our policy renewed and was asking me for any new ones. He made phone calls as hiccups arose on the receiving end and got them all squared away in no time. As always, THANK YOU Doug for being the BEST at what you do. Then this year, Brandon Dudder helped me navigate a problem with my homeowners insurance with friendly patience and useful advice. Thanks to him, all is now well! I cant recommend this office highly enough: although they are on the other side of that State, they seem like they are right next door. When I call they know who I am and return my calls promptly. I am 65 and have worked with many insurance companies over the years. THIS Allstate office is by far the best I have ever worked with! If something goes wrong, it so reassuring that they are committed to helping me work things out. After all, thats what insurance is for! Highly recommended!
