I was very impressed with his courtesy and taking time to explain the latest insurance rate costs and reasons. I did not change from my existing company. When my spouse and I were faced with large bill from a doctors visit due to insurance coverage claiming a preventative visit was Out-of-Network (when the provider was deemed In-Network prior to our visit) the insurance attempted to charge us with a maximal balance. Trutina was so helpful in speaking with the company and fighting for us in the end to ensure we were not charged the balance. We are so grateful for their follow through and cant recommend their honest business practice enough. Thank You Trutina Team!

Jeremy Noga I live in Spokane Valley now, but Ive had better experiences with the Newport branch when I lived up there. And since I was up in Newport anyways, I went there to open my business account. Alahnna was the one who helped me and she was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I saw how patient she was with another customer who needed "extra" help while I was waiting for my turn. And I needed all the help I could get also lol. Love the Newport Branch and the great people there.
